Tayberry Extra Jam
Tayberries are a raspberry/blackberry hybrid and originate from the banks of the River Tay in Scotland. The fruit is similar to a loganberry, but is sweeter and more aromatic. We hand pick the fruit from a fruit grower in Hartley Wintney during their short season – not an easy task! – so this is available in limited quantities.
Available late July.

All of our jams are extra jams, having more fruit in than typical supermarket brands. An extra jam has to have a minimum of 45g fruit per 100g product and must be made from whole fruit. Each of our jams is made seasonally and we use hand-picked, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. We use granulated cane sugar in all of our jams and do not add any artificial flavours, preservatives or sweeteners.
Our jams have a best before date one year from the date of production and will be fine kept in a cupboard, larder or other cool, dark, dry place for many months; once opened they should be refrigerated and used within 3-4 weeks.
